Senior Cloud (AWS) Sales

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Cloud )AWS) sales position at Serverless Guru. The Senior Cloud Sales professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets. The senior Cloud (AWS) Sales professional will work closely with technical teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

Success in this role, will require leadership and helping us navigate from where we are today to a world-class sales organization.

You will need to be a self-starter who can see the gaps and work to fill them by pulling on your past direct relevant experience, such as experience leading an AWS alliance partnership, selling professional services to enterprise clients at comparable firms, helping close large contracts with technical client stakeholders, and having not only strong communication but being a “systems thinker” where the road you help pave can be documented and understood by others. Which will help us create the supporting layers underneath to expand and accelerate on a strong foundation.


  • Strong understanding of AWS services, cloud computing, and serverless technology
  • Experience with enterprise sales and account management
  • Excellent Communication both written and oral
  • Presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and define customer needs and objectives
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the technology industry, specifically with cloud computing
